Partnership with Novagraaf
AB InBev Global Headquarters in Leuven was looking for an efficient, transparent and professional solution to manage its worldwide trademark portfolio. In 2009, it partnered with Novagraaf in order to achieve this goal. Novagraaf administers an effective back-office function, so that AB InBev has the time and portfolio insight that it needs to focus in more depth on its Intellectual Property strategy.
Using Novagraaf’s EasyIP client portal, AB InBev is able to track the progress of IP matters and has access to the electronic files maintained by Novagraaf on its behalf. Novagraaf managed the intake of the extensive AB InBev portfolio within a three-month timeframe ensuring a smooth transition. The partnership has been further expanded with Novagraaf now managing the back-office operations for the portfolio managed in St Louis (Missouri, US), integrating it within the Novagraaf managed backoffice and further streamlining the global trademark operations on behalf of AB InBev.
