A Trademark Attorney, Laurence Rivière focuses on both the creation of and adding value to IP rights (filing, portfolio evaluation, contracts) and in defending them (formal notice, opposition, confiscation, pre-litigation procedures, negotiations, administrative disputes, counterfeiting).
Laurence holds a Masters degree in Business Law from the Université de Rennes 1, a Masters degree II in Applied Intellectual Property Law from the Université de Paris 12 and a CAPA from the Paris Bar. She has been an IP consultant (trademarks and designs) and a Trademark Attorney at the EUIPO since 2014. Laurence began her career in IP at a law firm in 2011. After gaining experience in an IP office, she joined Novagraaf in 2015.
