Anna Di Grezia

Anna Di Grezia began her career as a lawyer at a law firm in Italy, and thereafter worked in a Parisian law firm, before joining Novagraaf in 2008.

Anna holds a Master's degree in Italian Law (University of Salerno) and a Master's degree in Intellectual Property Law. She was admitted to the Bar as an Italian lawyer in 2004. Anna has been registered as a qualified person in IP since 2015 and is an IP Consultant (trademarks and designs) and Trademark Attorney at the EUIPO.

A Trademark Attorney, Anna focuses on both creating and adding value to IP rights (filing, portfolio evaluation and contracts) and in defending them (formal notice, opposition, confiscation, pre-litigation procedures, negotiations, administrative disputes, counterfeiting, customs surveillance, invalidity proceedings and unfair competition).
