Ericka Winogradsky
Ericka Winogradsky began her career in intellectual property in 2010. She qualified as a Trademark and Design Attorney and Representative before the EUIPO in 2016 and joined Novagraaf in 2022. She advises clients on all aspects of trademarks, designs and models, geographical indications and domain names.
Ericka assists French and foreign clients with filing projects, as well as defense and optimisation of their IP rights, and in particular: prior rights searches, filing strategies, prosecution renewals, cease and desist letters, opposition procedures, cancellation or invalidation actions before the INPI and the EUIPO and drafting contracts relating to intellectual property rights.
She partners with clients of all sizes from a wide range of industries, ranging from food and automotive to fashion, luxury, cosmetics and digital media.
Career history
After gaining experience at a large Parisian law firm and spending more than eight years at a pan-European IP attorney firm, Ericka joined Novagraaf in 2022.
She holds a Master 2 in Intellectual Property law from the University Panthéon-Assas Paris II. She is also a graduate of the EUIPO Trade Mark and Design Education Program (ETMD EP).

Ericka has extensive expertise in trademarks, designs and models, copyright, unfair competition, domain names and contracts. She advises clients on the valuation (deposit, portfolio evaluation, contract) of their intellectual property rights and their defense (formal notice, opposition, pre-litigation procedures, negotiation, administrative litigation).
