Melis Metin advises and represents clients in matters of trademarks, designs, copyrights, and neighbouring rights. Given her experience, Melis provides clients strategic advice for filing, optimisation as well as protection of clients’ IP rights, taking into account practical consequences that could arise if files were to be involved in court proceedings.
