A Trademark Attorney, Armelle Douhaire focuses on both the creation of and adding value to IP rights (filing, portfolio evaluation, contracts) and in defending them (formal notice, opposition, confiscation, pre-litigation procedures, negotiations, administrative disputes, counterfeiting).
Armelle holds a Masters degree in Business Law from the Université Aix-Marseille, and a DESS in Intellectual Property (IP) Law from the Université Aix-Marseille. She has been an IP consultant (trademarks and designs) and a Trademark Attorney at the EUIPO since 2005. Armelle began her career in IP in 2000. After gaining varied experience within different IP offices in Paris, she joined Novagraaf in 2011.
Armelle is a member of APRAM (Association of Law Practitioners for Trademarks and Models), AACEIPI (International Studies Centre in Intellectual Property) and ECTA (European Communities Trademark Association), as well as a member of the Communication Commission of the CNCPI (National Intellectual Property Attorneys’ Association).
