Arianna Giovannardi

Arianna Giovannardi is the Director of our Italian Department. She is an Italian-qualified attorney at law specialising in IP and has significant knowledge of IP-related matters. 

She has particular expertise in handling global IP portfolios and providing clients with strategic support and advice concerning the maintenance, development and enforcement of their IP rights. In addition, Arianna oversees all Italian matters for our global clients.

Loopbaan

After her Master's Degree in Law from the Università degli Studi di Bologna and traineeship as a lawyer at a boutique IP law firm in Venice, Arianna obtained an LL.M. in Intellectual Property from WIPO, Università di Torino and ITC ILO. She then worked at major Italian IP law firms before joining Brandstock in 2018.

Arianna is an Italian-qualified attorney.

Arianna has considerable experience managing global IP portfolios and complex litigation matters worldwide, as well as drafting IP license agreements.

She often gives presentations about trademark protection, online and offline brand protection, and strategic IP portfolio management.
