Cécile joined Brandstock as a Junior Trademark Jurist in September 2023.

Career History

Cécile holds a Master's degree in Intellectual Property Law from CEIPI (University of Strasbourg) and a LLM in Intellectual Property Law from the University Freiburg in Breisgau. Before joining Brandstock, she worked for a year at the European Patent Office as a Junior Patent Lawyer.

Areas of Expertise

She advises on the creation and commercialisation of trademarks—including filings, portfolio assessments and contracts—and is also actively involved in their enforcement, handling formal notices, oppositions and cancellation actions.
