Ela Jenčič

Ela Jenčič manages the IP portfolios for various corporate clients. She specialises in trademark and design filings, portfolio management and IP enforcement, such as formal notices, oppositions, pre-litigation procedures, negotiations, administrative litigation and anti-counterfeiting.

Career history

Ela holds a master’s degree in Law from the University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Law, which she completed in 2017. She is also a certified trademark and design representative before the Slovenian Intellectual Property Office. Ela began her career in 2017 at a law firm handling separate cases of IP matters before the Slovenian IPO before joining Brandstock in 2018.
