Giovanna Cassin

Giovanna Cassin is an Italian-qualified lawyer with experience in managing global IP portfolios and advising clients in the protection of their IP rights. Giovanna assists in particular Italian clients with IP strategy and legal advisory services, litigation and pre-contentious support, agreement negotiations, and tailored trademark searching, watching and enforcement solutions.

Loopbaan

Giovanna obtained her master’s degree in law at University of Trento, Italy with a thesis focused on Intellectual Property Law. During her studies, she spent two semesters abroad in France (Université de Montpellier) and in Canada (McGill University, Montreal). After University, Giovanna worked in the IP department of a renowned Italian law firm in Padova. She joined Brandstock in September 2022.
She is member of the Padova Bar as Italian since 2021 and she is enrolled as European Lawyer at the Munich Bar Association since 2024.
