Mélanie Ollivier-Regnier

Mélanie began her career in intellectual property in 2019. She joined Novagraaf in February 2025, and has been a qualified European Patent Attorney since July 2025.

Loopbaan

Mélanie holds a degree in Pharmacology (Université Rennes 1) and a Master's degree in Molecular Chemistry (Pierre and Marie Curie University, Paris). She also holds a degree from the Centre for International Intellectual Property Studies (C.E.I.P.I), majoring in patents (University of Strasbourg) in 2019.

• Managing procedures for submission of French, European, international (PCT) and foreign patent applications.
• Search and drafting of expert reports on freedom-to-operate, patentability, infringement and validity analysis.
• Opposition proceedings before the European Patent Office and the French National Institute of Industrial Property.
