Nadine Weth

As a trademark jurist, Nadine Weth focuses on managing and maintaining the trademark portfolios of clients. This includes advising on trademark protection strategies, the expansion of protection and the overall optimisation of intellectual property portfolios. 

With a strong understanding of brand management and legal frameworks, Nadine provides tailored guidance to ensure effective and sustainable trademark protection.

Career history

After completing vocational training as a certified patent and trademark paralegal, Nadine studied law at Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich (LMU). During this time, valuable experience was gained working part-time in various IP law firms, with a focus on both patent and trademark law. In 2020, Nadine joined Brandstock and has since been advising clients in all areas of trademark law.

Work highlights

Since joining Brandstock, Nadine has gained experience in numerous trademarks filing projects across multiple jurisdictions, registrability of trademarks, oppositions, cancellation and nullity actions, preparing coexisting agreements and strategic management of (international) IP portfolios.
