Career history
After completing vocational training as a certified patent and trademark paralegal, Nadine studied law at Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich (LMU). During this time, valuable experience was gained working part-time in various IP law firms, with a focus on both patent and trademark law. In 2020, Nadine joined Brandstock and has since been advising clients in all areas of trademark law.
Work highlights
Since joining Brandstock, Nadine has gained experience in numerous trademarks filing projects across multiple jurisdictions, registrability of trademarks, oppositions, cancellation and nullity actions, preparing coexisting agreements and strategic management of (international) IP portfolios.
