Sherine Lara Sedfaoui graduated with a Law master’s degree in Padova, Italy and further specialised with a LL.M. in Intellectual and Industrial Property in Germany at the TU Dresden. With over 10 years of extensive experience in legal proceedings and advisory services, she developed a robust expertise managing global IP portfolios, organizing the team’s work and advising client in the protection of their IP rights across national, European and international jurisdictions.
Career history
Sherine obtained her master’s degree in law at University of Padova, Italy and then she attended a LL.M. in Intellectual Property Rights in Germany at the TU Dresden. Coming to the working experiences, Sherine has several years’ experience in the IP sector in two different Law Firms in Padova, moving then to Munich to a patent specialised company and then joining Brandstock back at the beginning of 2021 as a Senior Jurist. She is member of the Vicenza Bar Association as Italian Lawyer and she is enrolled as European Lawyer at the Bar Association of Munich.
