A Trademark Attorney, Anne-Catherine Schihin focuses on both the creation of and adding value to IP rights (filing, portfolio evaluation, contracts) and in defending them (formal notice, opposition, confiscation, pre-litigation procedures, negotiations, administrative disputes, counterfeiting). She also currently manages our Lorient office.
Career history
Anne-Catherine holds a Masters degree in International and European Law from the Université ASSAS Paris II, a Masters degree in Business Law and Taxation from the Université ASSAS Paris II, a DESS in Franchise and Distribution Networks Law from the Université Robert Schumann Strasbourg 3 and a DESS in Intellectual Property Law from the Université ASSAS Paris II. She has been an Intellectual Property Consultant and a European Trademark Attorney for trademarks and designs at the EUIPO since 1999.
Anne-Catherine started her career in IP in 1995. After gaining varied experience within different IP offices, she joined the Bredema team in 2008 and then Novagraaf France due to the merging of these two offices in 2009.
