Alissia Shchichka

Alissia Shchichka is an experienced IP attorney, specialising in the protection, management, and enforcement of trademark and design rights. 

She advises and represents clients worldwide on trademarks, domain names, designs, trade names and geographical indications, offering strategic guidance on IP law, contracts and dispute resolution. 

Career history

Alissia holds a Master’s degree in Law from Université Catholique de Louvain (UCL) in Belgium. With a career spanning both consultancy and in-house roles across various industries, she brings a well-rounded, practical approach to IP management. Before joining Novagraaf, she gained extensive experience advising businesses on their IP strategies.

Work highlights

Alissia is a recognised panellist for domain name dispute resolution with leading international arbitration bodies, including WIPO, CEPANI, the Asian Domain Name Dispute Resolution Centre and the Czech Arbitration Court.

Memberships

An active member of the IP community, Alissia serves on the committee of the European Communities Trademark Association (ECTA), contributing to the advancement of IP law and practice in Europe.
