Career history

Carlotta graduated in Law at the University of Siena with a thesis on copyright for industrial products. She started working in the IP field, developing several skills as a trademark attorney and jurist, before becoming a member of the Verona Bar Association and an Italian Lawyer in 2021.

Work highlights

At Brandstock Legal, she assists several companies with worldwide IP portfolio management, including overseeing prosecution, negotiations and conflict matters, anti-counterfeiting actions and recordal projects concerning IP portfolio maintenance.
