Giovanna Cassin is an Italian-qualified lawyer with experience in managing global IP portfolios and advising clients on the protection of their IP rights. Giovanna assists Italian clients, in particular, with IP strategy and legal advisory services, litigation and pre-contentious support, agreement negotiations, and tailored trademark searching, watching and enforcement solutions.
Career history
Giovanna obtained her Master’s degree in law at the University of Trento, Italy, with a thesis focused on IP Law. During her studies, she spent two semesters abroad in France (Université de Montpellier) and in Canada (McGill University, Montreal). After University, Giovanna worked in the IP department of a renowned Italian law firm in Padova. She joined Brandstock Legal in September 2022.
Memberships
Giovanna has been a member of the Padova Bar since 2021 and has been enrolled as a European Lawyer at the Munich Bar Association since 2024.
