Laetitia Maufroy

Laetitia Maufroy is a French Attorney based in Paris,  who specialises in supporting individuals and companies to protect, manage and defend their intellectual property rights nationally and overseas.

Career history

Laetitia has been practicing in the IP field since 2019. After working as a lawyer in a Parisian law firm for four years, where she assisted a varied clientele, she joined an IP firm in 2024, moving to Novagraaf in 2025.

In her day-to-day work, Laetitia helps to manage trademark and design portfolios for clients in industries from luxury goods to agri-food, including conducting prior trademark searches, developing filing strategies, monitoring registration procedures and handling renewals, pre-litigation, opposition procedures and invalidity actions before the French (INPI) and European (EUIPO) IP offices. She is also highly experienced in drafting IP contracts.
