Liuba Berekelya

As an IP Strategy & Business Intelligence Consultant, Liuba Berekelya transforms technical data (patents, scientific publications, clinical data, marketing analyses) into powerful strategic levers for R&D, IP protection and business development, serving both French and international clients. She also assists with the administrative management of their patent portfolios.

Career history

After 10 years in public research, Liuba specialised in intellectual property. She developed her expertise at the interface between R&D and innovation protection in the agri-food sector before joining Grenoble Alpes University as a patent engineer.

As an IP strategy and business intelligence consultant with the Questel Group since 2021 and with Novagraaf since 2026, Liuba supports players in the agri-food, pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device sectors with their innovation and commercialisation challenges.

Liuba holds a Master's degree in physiology and a PhD in molecular and developmental biology from Moscow State University (Russia). She also holds a diploma in project management from ECEMA (Lyon) and certificates issued by the WIPO Academy.
