Noé Himmelreich

Noé Himmelreich began his professional career in 2022 at Novagraaf, where he started advising companies of varying sizes, ranging from local SMEs to global clients.

Career history

Noé holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Utrecht University (2016–2020), followed by a Master’s degree in Intellectual Property Law, Innovation and Technology from Utrecht University (UU). He is currently in the second year of the two-year BBMM training programme.

Work highlights

Noé's field of work includes conducting trademark availability searches, advising on the registrability of trademarks, conducting opposition proceedings, instituting or defending cancellation actions, drafting application strategies, handling online infringement, domain name disputes and conflict resolution, and drafting co-existence agreements.
