Career history
Perrine has been practising in the field of intellectual property since 2005. She is a French Industrial Property Attorney (INPI), specialising in trademarks and designs, and a Professional Representative before the EUIPO. She has worked for several IP firms during her career.
After an initial period of almost 11 years at Novagraaf between 2005 and 2016, Perrine joined another industrial property firm before returning to Novagraaf in 2022.
Perrine holds a Master’s degree in Private Law and a postgraduate diploma (DESS) in Industrial Property and New Technologies from the University of Lille II.

Perrine has been a co-organiser of the roundtables training for the EQF (French qualification exam) on Trademarks, Designs and Models since 2017.

She advises clients on the valuation (deposit, portfolio evaluation, contract) of their IP rights and their enforcement (formal notice, opposition, pre-litigation procedures, negotiation, administrative litigation).
