Career history
Tina has an LL.M in Intellectual Property and Competition Law from MIPLC, Germany. She also holds an LL.M in Commercial Law and an LL.B from the University of Yangon. With over two years of trademark experience in Myanmar, she has worked extensively in trademark prosecution, having been exposed to both the first-to-use and first-to-file systems, and the major switch between these systems in Myanmar.
Tina began her career as a Trademark Jurist at Brandstock Legal in March 2023, becoming part of the legal team responsible for portfolio management of a cosmetics and personal care client.
