Sandrine Collin

Sandrine Collin joined Novagraaf in 2008 as a Benelux Trademark & Design Attorney. Sandrine has extensive experience in trademark and design law and specialises in managing IP portfolios of all sizes, with particular expertise in handling large international trademark portfolios. Sandrine provides clients with advice on filing strategies, as well as optimisation and protection of their IP rights.

Career history

Sandrine obtained a Master’s degree in Intellectual Property from KU Leuven in 2014. In 2021, she was appointed as a court-appointed expert by the courts.

Work highlights

Sandrine specialises in managing trademark portfolios of all sizes, with a particular focus on those of major international brands. In addition, she has developed specific expertise in collective and certification trademarks. At the start of her career at Novagraaf, she was seconded to a client, a Belgian-origin multinational and a leading player in the beverages industry. Today, she is notably responsible for managing the trademark portfolio of a major Belgian chemical group with a global presence.

Sandrine is a member of the BMM and of the AIPPI. She is also an official representative at the EUIPO.
