With over 10 years of extensive experience in legal proceedings and advisory services, Sherine Lara Sedfaoui holds a robust expertise managing global IP portfolios, organising the team’s work and advising client in the protection of their IP rights across national, European and international jurisdictions.
Career history
Sherine obtained her Master’s degree in law at University of Padova, Italy and then graduated with a LL.M. in Intellectual Property Rights in Germany at the TU Dresden.
She first acquired experience in the IP sector working at two different law firms in Padova, then moved to Munich to a patent specialised company before joining Brandstock Legal in early 2021 as a Senior Jurist. She is member of the Vicenza Bar Association as Italian Lawyer and she is enrolled as European Lawyer at the Bar Association of Munich.
