Sinthuja Viyasar

Sinthuja Viyasar is a European Patent Attorney at Novagraaf with more than eight years’ experience in patent law and practice. She specialises in software/computing, telecommunications and oil and gas technologies, and in handling patent prosecution, drafting and providing advice on IP strategy. 

Sinthuja has considerable experience in many aspects of patent law, including prosecution of European and UK applications and managing global IP portfolios in the software, electrical, and mechanical fields, for household name corporates, tech start-ups, and individuals.

Career history

Sinthuja holds a MSci (Hons) in Physics, which included studies in Theoretical, Quantum and Experimental Physics and Chaos Theory.
