Steven Nindorera-Badara is an IP Strategy & Business Intelligence Consultant and Team Leader of the Life Sciences Division at Novagraaf Consulting. In this role, he supports innovative companies with their technological development challenges, helping them to define and incorporate IP into their innovation strategies.
Career history
Steven began his career as a consultant in marketing and responsible innovation. In 2021, he joined the world of IP as a Technology Intelligence Consultant at Questel, becoming Head of the Life Sciences team in 2026. He supports players in the healthcare, biotechnology and agri-food sectors with their technology strategies, including providing technology overviews and monitoring, analysis of "white spaces" and technology scouting.
Steven holds a PhD in genetics and cell biology (ENS Lyon), and furthered his expertise through a specialised Master's program in innovation and entrepreneurship at Emlyon Business School.
