Timotej Kotnik Jesih

Timotej Kotnik Jesih manages the IP portfolios of several clients. His tasks mainly include trademark filings, patent annuity management, licensing contracts, copyright issues, and IP enforcement (such as oppositions, pre-litigation procedures, negotiations, etc).

Career history

Timotej graduated with a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Ljubljana in 2019. During his studies, he spent a semester in the UK at the University of Sheffield, expanding his knowledge on Common Law post-graduate courses.

Timotej has been working in the field of IP law since 2019, first as a Junior Associate in a law firm, and later at the Intellectual Property Institute. He joined Brandstock Legal in 2021.

Timotej is also a certified trademark and design representative in Slovenia and the EU.
