Victoria Wolff

Victoria Wolff is a Brazilian Lawyer and a Trademark Jurist at Brandstock Legal. She is a part of the Brazilian Bar Association and the Fashion Law Commission – OAB/RJ branch.  

Career history

Victoria graduated in law in 2021 from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio), with an exchange program at the University of California, Berkeley. During her studies, she interned at an IP attorney firm, gaining her first experience in patent and later trademark law.

After graduating, she worked for a boutique law firm in Brazil, mostly on overseas trademark portfolios and trademark matters. She subsequently moved to Taiwan, where she worked as a Legal Operations Coordinator, focusing on artificial intelligence and intellectual property matters.
