Xavier Dieumegard is an intellectual property expert with a strong scientific background. He is currently the ICT Team Leader at Novagraaf.
Career history
Xavier holds Master's degrees in IP Strategy and Innovation (IEEPI/University of Strasbourg), Technology and Innovation Management (Paris Dauphine University) and Physics (Heriot-Watt University/University of Poitiers), as well as a CEIPI certification.
He has over 20 years of experience in the IP and technology fields, beginning his career as a patent analyst, specialising in electronics, electromagnetism and materials, before moving into an IP management role for five years.
An entrepreneur, Xavier then founded Gem360, a company dedicated to developing IP management tools, which later became part of the Questel group.
He is currently the ICT Team Leader at Novagraaf.
Work highlights
Xavier has participated in patent infringement proceedings related to touch screen technologies in France and Germany. He also has recognised expertise in implementing patent scoring systems and in managing IP portfolio costs.
