Professional indemnity insurance 

Due to the federal law (BRAO), lawyers are required to maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum sum insured of EUR 250,000.00. The details are given in § 51 Bundesrechtsanwaltsordnung. 

The professional liability insurance for lawyers of the BRANDSTOCK LEGAL Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH is with Allianz Versicherung AG, 10900 Berlin. The geographical scope of the insurance covers activities in Europe.
