As a Trademark and Design Attorney, Ariane De Croo has acquired unique experience in IP matters and is passionate about copyright and domain name topics in particular. She has developed – over a period of 12 years – several IP databases and gained profound knowledge of global trademark litigation, domain name arbitration and copyright matters by analysing over 70,000 decisions worldwide. Ariane has assisted clients in high end luxury goods, online service providers and tech companies with their brand strategy on a global level.
Career history
Ariane obtained a Master degree in Intellectual Property at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel in 2001. She also holds a Master degree in History of Art and Archaeology at the Université libre de Bruxelles (2004). Ariane joined Novagraaf in 2021 as a Benelux Trademark and Design Attorney.
