Alessia Parassina

Alessia Parassina is a qualified Lawyer (Avvocato/Rechtsanwältin) with extensive experience in Italian, European, international and German trademark law. Her practice focuses on the strategic management of trademark portfolios, as well as competition law and copyright law. She advises clients at an international level, combining legal precision with a commercially oriented and pragmatic approach.
Alessia has held the position of Managing Director of Brandstock Legal (now part of the Novagraaf Network) since 2021.
Career history
Before becoming Managing Director, Alessia worked as an Associate at Brandstock Legal Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH (formerly Spitz Legal Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH) in Munich from 2013 to 2021. Earlier in her career, she gained experience as an Associate at SIB S.p.A. in Milan (2010–2012), Gianni Origoni Grippo & Partners in Milan (2008–2009), and Mondini & Rusconi in Milan (2006–2008).
She obtained a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Milan between 2004 and 2006, following a Bachelor’s degree in Juridical Sciences at the same university from 2001 to 2004.

Alessia is active part of the INTA Design Committee. She has been a member of the Munich Bar Association since 2017 and of the Milan Bar Association since 2010.
