Bart Schweitzer is a Benelux and European Trademark Attorney with more than 12 years' experience in intellectual property law. He specialises in the strategic management of IP portfolios and enforcement of IP rights, and focuses, in particular, on conducting audits and due diligences, drafting contracts, conflict resolution and prosecuting in administrative proceedings.
Bart joined Novagraaf in 2005 as a Senior IP Consultant, and currently focuses on managing corporate accounts.
Bart's expertise stretches beyond the scope of trademarks and industrial designs, to copyright and domain name matters too. Bart particularly specialises in advising clients in the fashion, FMCG, retail and media sectors.
