Marie-Dominique Van de Gucht joined Novagraaf in 2023. She started her professional career at the Brussels Bar at an international law firm specialising in IP rights. There, she advised and assisted companies in trademark, copyright and patent proceedings. She then gained experience within the IP team of a large Belgian law firm, advising both small and multinational companies in legal proceedings.
Career history
Marie-Dominique obtained a Master’s degree in Civil and Procedural Law at the Free University of Brussels (VUB) in 2018. She also completed a Master’s degree in Intellectual Property Law at the Catholic University of Leuven (KUL) in 2019.
Memberships
Marie-Dominique is a member of the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI) and the Belgian National Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (ANBPPI).
