Details

  • Date : 18–20 June
  • Venue: Berlin, Germany

This June, the European Communities Trade Mark Association (ECTA) heads to Berlin under the theme ‘Bears on the Loose’ to explore the evolving IP landscape in a purposefully playful and engaging spirit. We hope to see you there!

We are delighted to join fellow IP professionals at the ECTA Annual Conference in June to exchange insights and engage with the latest trends shaping our field.

The theme 'Bears on the Loose' refers to both the host city's iconic coat of arms and the conference programme's lighthearted and playful approach to the otherwise serious topic of IP management.

Key topics on this year’s agenda include the continued impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on IP rights and enforcement, the shifting legal frameworks surrounding digital content and brand protection, and sustainability as a driver for innovation.

From tackling counterfeiting to navigating green trademarks and advancing diversity within the IP profession, the discussions promise to be as dynamic as the host city. You can view the full programme and register via the ECTA website.

Please contact us to arrange a meeting with our team during the event.
